To relax and ease tense shoulders and back. Fold your arms over as if to hug yourself and lean forward on a wall that has not been recently painted and let the pressure of the body mass and your breath relax the shoulders and the neck. It is very simple and works well if you try. Another position can be with the other arm above and that will open new ares of tension to your awareness. Try different angles and see what works for you. You can do this with another person as well and this helps in sensing the tension in another and to guide others to relax.
