Outdoorsmen of all types know how it feels to walk on uneven ground for a long time. Consider walking at night on the slope of a mountain and having to calculate each step how to best place all the gear on you and how to place your feet on the changing ground. You can train outside or on a flight or stairs learning how it feels to defend or try to go through an obstackle going up or down. You can work with only one shoe on or with a heavy pack on one shoulder or balancing on a beam to leverage out all of your balance performance. There is no problem falling if the body continues to move. If you stop moving it will soon end.
