To teach yourself to move each part of your body freely use this simple drill: Bring your knee up and balance something like a small ball or a glass of water on it (depending on the area also) and start to go up and down using the leg on the ground. Once you are a little familiar with this try do to other things with your hips and legs and add your arms and torso last. Another way to do this is to balance a glass of water in your open palm and start to move the other one or if you feel comfortable sit down, lie down and get up with this in your open hand. Lastly balance something on your head and sit down and get up again without dropping it. Learn from the way and breathe.

You can do the same drill for your logical mind as you practice. Count out loud or spell your name backwards as you do another drill and see if you can be free from your emotions and fear.
