Stand with one foot forward and one to the back creating a triangle. Now twist to look over the shoulder on the side of the forward leg and hold. Tense up your body from the head down and slowly relax. Inhale and on the exhale relax your body from the feet up and drape your body on the ground forward making contact with your soft tissues on the hard ground. Repeat a few times and check what you can learn from this drill.
