Have a partner come at you to crush you in a bear hug and have him come with a lot of force and movement but not just forward. Have him move smartly like a gish swiming upstream so he also tries to find where there is an opening and to come forward through it. The purpose is to remain calm and aware so your arms and rest of you can feel in any moment where and how to place yourself to kep him or them away to keep your mobility. Do not strike here just for the purose of learning to keep the arms relaxed in the presence of a lot of tension and to relax the body. Find new places to place your fists and use the placement of the body to find how you move to keep free. Do not lean into the wind. Let it go past you and breathe it out.
