Have one or more people come at you with their hands held at the back of the neck. They learn how to move and use their limbs in this position and also to relax as they are touched (pushed than hit as you become more adept) in the body with the muscles and alignment of the ribs and lungs. you learn to position yourself and your arms with this different approach. Note how the body changes it’s shape and tension as the arms and shoulders rise and teach yourself to find the right spot each moment anew. After this is down have them come at you with hits from above (good for crowd work) and see how you choose to solve this puzzle.
