Stand back to back with a partner and wrap your elbows together so your backs are touching and the inside of the elbow is also touching. One person closes his eyes and the other leads in sitting down and getting up, rolling on the ground and from the ground to up, walking in different directions and changing the hight of the walk. Now have one or more people walk at you and together you have to get out of the way. Do this first as the partner follows with care and than progress to just being dragged allong and than to ressistance. Learning to both get out of the way and to navigate with the tension will help you work with crowds and allow you to protect a loved one better by learning to adapt on the moment to the changing will and emotion that can overcome VIPs and family alike. Another way to learn this is to work with one person with a large staff walking about as others work on one drill and have him hit them from time to time. This will teach the ones ready to learn to be awake.
