We often decide on our location according to our distance from others or objects of interest like the barrel of a gun or our children playing on the monkey bars. To be more aware of this choice stand in front of a mirror and start to walk. It is very easy to transfer the direction from the self to the image in the mirror as we are naturally drawn to look at faces and ourself so do it with awareness to learn to avoid it. You can shadow box as your image in the mirror and than return to yourself and focus on what your eyes see and not just the mirror image and again several times. This is the same basic drill of tensing up with awareness to learn to activaly relax only with the eyes and our vanity in mind.
