Start by having a friend stand behind you and push you into a roll. Do this a few times and work to relax on the contact so you can contorl your own movement. Next close your eyes and have him push you into a roll from various directions and also add pushes to the knees and pushes in more than one direction at the same time. Remember that we face blocks in our way in many forms like ropes, kicks, furniture that has been moved during your time away, natural elements like mud rock and so on. Next have him grab you and push you without letting go. Use the hand first if you feel natural doing so but also hold the head (with care) and anything else around. Now take a heavy stick and tap it on the body of your partner so he can feel it well. Slowly increase the moment and have him move to avoid injury by either redirecting or rolling as the last option.
