The simple questions are the hardest to answer. If you give a part of your solution in the question, than the answer the studen comes up with is limited to the set of values you inflict. This applies to many things. If you just think openly than you can really get somewhere:
Freedom in the torso and the shadows it casts aside: 1. Stand and lift one foot to the behind. hold it with the same side hand and apply preassure in both ends. This type of slow movement can really better the connective tissue. Now bend the standing leg till your knee touches the ground and back. Most likely the tension in the back will be more of a chalange than leg strength. 2. Sit on your shins and relax forward till your forehead touches the ground. Leave your arms out of this conversation. 3. Sit and than lift yourself on feet and hands (behind facing up or down as you wish) now remove one limb from the ground and blend with the ground from there on. Instead of forming a circle or another shape with your body, try to flatten the body against the countures of the ground which may vary. Be carefull not to forget yourself in the momentoum. Some things go fast, some things slow, nothing works all the time. 4. Stand and lift one leg off the ground. Keep your torso aligned with the lifted leg. there are many ways to move and balance here. You can for one, let the body drop forwared to the ground and let the built preasure in the ligements propel you back up (maybe with a helping hand, maybe just drop with a roll, maybe find out which breath phase or combination works better at this particular time) 5. Stand, Take a step using only the parts needed and keep this in mind: you look forward and your feet have to test the ground and air in the way on their own, you coordinate your step woth your breath. you move slow so the movement will not be cought by the eyes of a passing bystander (did I write that right ?) A step should take at least a minute and the weight moves to the stepping leg only after it found the ground worthy of it.
Just one last thing. If your mouth is closed than the breathing and pulse and lots more reverberate in your scull. Open your mouth a little bit (relax, smile) and you will hear everything better.
