1–2 minutes

In case you don’t schedule a time or have unplanned things to do you can still get a lot out of a day without it being a “special time set aside” . Suppose you take 2-3 minutes every hour to do a few drills or one you care to and keep it up for a few hours… It can really charge your day as you stimulate the body the mind comes too and it can be fun and productive. For example first hour: 10 one hand push ups and 10 one leged squats. Second hour: breathing scale as you walk and align your body and remove stress from it. Third hour: Low walking slowly with a straight back and feeling the best way to mave with the most efficiant manner for you. Forth hour: Do a ladder of pullups (1 than 2 than 3 and so on…) Fifth hour: Shake and tense and relax the muscles and joints, Coordinate this with your breath and remember to perform on both cycles of inhale and exhale and even between both pauses so you are free from doing anything on one particular breath phase. Sixth hour: Shadow fight with several opponents (mind where you are, those white coats have long sleeves that go nowhere) Seventh hour: Take a small ball or anything you wish like a water bottle and play with it. Throw it and catch it. Move it around the body and under and so on. Eighth hour: Go home 🙂
