My smaller posts are due to the fact that I have been sick, mostly becasue I did not listen to my body telling me a path was wrong and a price was paid in full. Now, back on course. Once the Legs-overhead exercise is easy and you can slowly puff your way to knees touching the ground and warming your ears when it’s cold you can start to do this in an incline or with something under your head like a pillow or magazine (those can be surprisingly thick ! and can be used as a mighty club)  Be carefull not to stress other parts of the body as you chalange yourself. Let’s say you are doing pull ups, is there a chance your neck needs to tense up ? If so, can you explain to yourself why this happens ? Sometimes asking the right questions is all you need to move foreward.
