As you walk slowly. One foot touching slowly and touching the surface, testing it and deciding if it is good. Know how your skeleton and other systems hold you up and let you move. If you are relaxed and free than it is likely that your coccygeal bones will be pointing down. (look it up, knowing a little anatomy is very usefull) As you go try to check the motions seperatly. For example, keep the body still but not tight and move just the pelvis forward and backwards (it’s a thrusting motion so don’t do it if it will embarace anyone) or rotate arms in different directions and see how these forces affect the spine.
