The amazing sailor walk (just kidding) this is a good drill to learn how to move each part indevidually and respond well to whatever comes your way. Walk as if you are on a rocking ship. Lift and tilt the hips and legs so they appear to balance on moving ground while the upper body is uneffected by this and remains relaxed and upright. Don’t just move the hips from side to side. Instead create a full movement as the entire leg rises (relaxed and alive as a hand hanging loose and ready from a shoulder ) as the hips tilt on themselves and also forward and backwards. To check yourself, put your hands on your hips and start doing the walk. If you do this correctly than the arms will be moved up and down as you tilt and forward and backwards and twisted on themselves like screws as the hips follow the moves of a ship on rough water. Later on you can naturally employ this as you are recieving hits to move the tension away or back to anywhere you wish.

Be attentive to your body. If you feel sore and tired in an unhealthy way (you feel the difference) than rest and do what makes you whole and healthy.
