The fist: To grow and maintain a healthy strong hand there are many good drills. Here are a few of them:
Do the static push up on the fists flat on the floor. Do not lock your elbows to keep from harming yourself and spread the mass on the whole fist. Walk on your hand and feet using fists. Walk up and down a wall using the fists. Shake your hands and keep the motion in the arm so it effects none of the body parts to grow relaxed and move without tention. Clap your hands in the front and back of yourself and free the neck (remember everything is connected). Push fist into fist or colse your hand on one hand and apply tension on it with the other. Take a bowl of water and a towel, wet the towen and squeeze the water out of it (this is good especially in summer with cold water). Massage your palm between the bones and on them too. Pay attention to the points 1/3 from the end of each limb and explore that with the rest of the body. place backhand to backhand and play push pull as you interlock your fingers matching and non matching. This is a good way to build strong tendons.
With a friend you can place the fist on the body or any body part. Find a place where the fist fits and move forward. Avoid leaning on your fists. It can harm you. Have a partner hold your fist and move it around with you following without tension. hold hands and push and pull slowly. Align your fist against a wall but without touching and move it on this axis or form an imaginary point in space and move the elbow from that point. Enough for now.
