Try this: Press your hand, leg or fist to a wall. Do it so the muscles flex as they do when you attempt to move something that doesn’t budge. Now try to keep the tention on the contact point and relax the body from that point to the rest of the body. feel with your feet if you are using mass rather than position and change positions and repeat. Do it at least five times each hand and than do some push ups with the same idea working. Finally relax the fist too ๐
