To move without being noticed you have to be calm on the inside. If you are afraid of possible outcomes or invest too much in it than you are creating tension within you and the other person will feel it. It manifest in the way you move and where you look. If you focus your eyes on a person than he may feel it and become offended of the break into his personal space. He will tense up and be more of a weight for you and we don’t work with weights. One way to overcome this is sensory work. Work with eyes closed and and learn to see with your feet as you walk. Come in contact with others and from the feel try to feel their intention. Good bad strange ? If you respond with relaxation or with something surprising like a hand outstreached to hug than he will have no support to his intention and you can work with that gap.
