Tak ! Try this first with closed eyes. Start pressing a finger into each other and you move without any ressistance not giving any support to the poker. Later move to two directions at once and remember that even if it is a wave of the arm it originates from the core. If you are stabbed than revolve without laziness and with no leaning as the prior drill on the limb or movement as it is. This is better than being stabed 🙂 Do this and if the option presents itself or you can set it up hit or go away. Act decicevly but don’t give in to the desire to give back. If you are calm and relaxed and with a upright outlook you will move better.
