Here’s a fun drill: take 10 minutes and a long stick or sword if you have one. Do this in a small room with low roof and lots of useless furniture (you get the idea) now start to move the stick or sword to keep your life from shadow fighters, Keep moving so there is at least one step or turn per sword move and try these ideas and your own. 1 you deflect (sliding an attack on you by putting the curve of the blade in a way it will slide or glide away from you, blade on blade breaks or chips the metal and that is not good or strong for you) 2 you are either late or too early in your chosen response and now have to move away or do something to keep your life 3 You lost the use of one limb 4 you can only move with straight arms (good to develop movement from the core) 5 your sword is stuck in someone and you have more pesky people coming to get you. Enjoy and don’t break anything.
