A good way to balance your posture and balance is through tesning. Stand naturally and either on the exhale or on the inhale, tense up your stomack. Make sure your back doesn’t tense in respons to balance the pull and relax. Do this a few times and now tense up the lower back and keep from tensing your stomack in return. Once you did this try to tense either part and notice if you change your posture by rounding your back or something to that effect as you tense. Once you did this move up and tense the chest and upper back in turn and go through the same cycle. Keep the neck relaxed as you do this and at last tense up the behind and the thighs in turn and check if you tense the opposite side in return and if you are changing your posture to accomodate the tension or to be aware of a certain body part. To end this practice lie on your back and press the lower back to the floor. Now try to relax the entire body as you press the lower back down. Have fun.
