I was away for a few days on a drill in the army. It was a lot of fun to see the guys and to teach a little too.
Start from standing and having one or two people climb you. They start from the ground
with their hands or feet next to your legs. They climb you by finding point of support in
your body like the knees, hips and so on and by keeping the body straight they adjust the
angle till they reach standing up position with either hands or feet on your shoulders
(front or back). once you are up you climb up and keep the body aligned. Another way to
do this is to place the hands at a point of support and rock the body up using a chain of
tension. First you press the kess to the ground and than the hips till the wave reaches
the hands and you manifest it by bringing the body up as you breath. The person standing
learn where he is givign support with his form and can, as time passes move to give less
and less support till he is aligned and alive. This is a natural way to learn your own
form and after a while you can slide people who are coming at you down your body by
activally giving and taking their support. For the climbers the progress is the same.
They learn to relax in a state where their form relies on something beyond their control
and learn to find point of tension and leverage in other bodies as well as their own.
