Relaxation is a goal won in many ways. The face is a key component if reaching relaxation since it has the most nerve endings in the body and is the natural outing of emotion and communication. start rolling on the ground as you maintain an open mouth and than a clenched jaw. Roll with one finger held by your teeth and than your two thumbs. You may spread your awareness on many parts lowering the exitement and relaxing as a whole. Once this is done, start to roll from a standing or walking position with something in your mouth. A drink of water, a playing card held by the lips alone and so on. Try rolling with your eyes closed and see how this affects your imagined enviroment. Have fun and learn.

I tried water in my mouth. It works well as it distances you from the actual rolling and therefore become more natural.
