Changing things everyday: We do push ups and squats and spar and fight almost everyday. To keep learning you need to move the focus from one thing to another and come back to it fresh after a while. For example one day you focus on the alignment of the forearm and the wrist and another you will focus on letting the breath start the movement and another time you will be holding your breath and another just looking about minding your surroundings… Think about it.

  1. Last night we did something that I have not done before. We took 3 paces away from a wall, while your partner stood some distance behind you and threw a tennis ball at the wall. The objective was to catch the ball after it has bounced off the wall. It was great for testing our reflexes, and making us move around more. After 5 minutes, we took a step closer to the wall.
