A nice drill to relax and learn how you move using the ground with a partner: First lie on the ground and roll from side to side not using your hands as guides or support. You can use the shoulders by way of creating the shape that works for the movement but no more. Now roll over each other one at a time and after a few times crawl across their body with the back up and with belly up. Now lie over each other and relax and let the under roll and move you from side to side. roll so they roll with you and keep the contact with them. Now Have one person sit up and you will roll over him so to bring him to a prone position and reverse rolls. Now have one person do a static push up on you as roll slowly and the push up person walks with his feet and keeps his fists on you. Relax and breath and now without using your hands get under your partner and later on have a game of who can get under without using the arms. This is a great way to get things going inside and learn to move with the body naturally.
