To survive pain and stress better it is sometimes beneficial to spread your awareness. For example, if you are doing the static push up and feel pain in your arms or midsection you can focus on relaxing your ankles on the ground and releasing what tension you have there and the whole will not seem so grand as before. Another example can be to move your legs around as you are being chocked from behind on the ground. If you think a position is so strong you cannot escape from it, it will be true. Start to move around and don’t forget to hit the arm that chockes and reach back and twist the family jewels… Freedom starts inside.
