To swiftly prepare yourself for contact you need to grow aware and free in your body and mind. Start by moving waves through your spine all the way to the head and back and letting them menifest in your limbs as you tap or strike yourself for awareness and increased blood flow in some cases where it is needed. Speed up your breath in a measured way to again increase the available air for movement and thought and above all let your face go free from the daily mask. This is hard to explain but once you are in contact it is off anyway and taking it of first gives you more freedom and relaxation. Be aware of the big picture around you and value life.
