Start by standing with your back to the wall about a step away. Lean back and place one hand on the wall and push away so you return to your upright standing position and alternate hands a few times. Now step a little away and do the same and than move to doing this with the ground or a chair.
After you have done this for a while and feel relaxed, go into a roll from this in one move without jerking and than repeat the entire thing with your eyes closed and than forward and to the sides and with twisting your body clockwise and counter clock wise.
Know where your neck is at all times and know where you want to look instead of being afraid to look or glance out of fear.
