Take a little water in your mouth up to the lower lip level with the mouth open and start to move as you breath in through the nose and out through the mouth. Slowly pick up the pace and start to run as you keep the water in your mouth and after a kilomemeter or so slow down again and drink the water. It is a good practice to become aware of the face and throat muscles and more.
