There is an advantage when you are not seen. With one person on the ground and one free to do as he wishes have them try to reach a point where they see the other but are unseen to him. You can hit, pull or anything else but keep your breath constant and don’t focus on one person alone. Another way to do this is with one preson under a table or any surroundings that can help you study more.

Wrestle with each other without using your arms. Keep your arms at your sides and try to guide the movement and placement of another by affecting his breathing and posture. Later on allow the use of arms and than of forearms and at last open the fists and allow all the use of the body. Check yourself and see how this is different than in the beginning. You can of course apply this to everything.
