Take a small ball like a tennis ball and place on foot on it standing barefoot if possible. Now start to move it around, Use all the parts of the foot you can and than proceed to advance a few meters as you do not loose contact with the ball. This works great to develop your awareness relaxation and balance and is also a lot of fun and cheap. You can even do this in a guard post on a tower and it will keep you more aware than listening to the wind.
