Balance a soft cover book on your head and place your hands on the small of your back. Start walking without stop and add sitting down and getting up all with the book balanced on your head and your frame upright and loose. Place the feet and relax the weight into them instead of pummeling forward and see if you can move better with this in mind. Relax your neck and eyes so you see all you can see.

In the beginning you may tense up to protect yourself from the unknown so afterwards relax you spine and hips by rolling on the floor or standing and dangling your torso from side to side.
