Stand and have a partner sit or lie on the floor next to you. Have him push your shins at first and try to stay in place as much as you can. Relax your hips and add slash like kicks and pulls on your legs. If you have more people to help you relax your alignment add and remember to relax your eyes and feel what is happening instead of anticipating. This way you will allow yourself to see things as they are.

Another drill is to have one start on the ground and the other works to keep him on the ground. Work till you have an ending to the drill so you know how you are in a more pushing environment and work to remain mobile and free with a partner who is not guarding himself as much. For example a kick to the shin can break the knee joint but it will not stop a warrior. Learn to work against the will directly your own way. (as always the key is breathing)
