Work on tendons by first upper body pushing both fists on each others body and head and breathing for relaxation. Holding hands while facing each other and slowly leaning backwards and forwards and relaxing the hips and shoulders. Holding hands with one facing away from each other and leaning forward and backwards relaxing and strengthening the shoulders in other directions (and releasing without warning for fun and awareness) Work on the lower body by working to close and open the legs from the hips. Trying to lift the legs up while someone sits on them and working to straighten the knees from a bent position with you prone on the ground and someone sitting on your ankles. All done slowly with the purpose of relaxing and aligning.
