Roll from a standing position to the ground and up with your arm tensed up and roll backwards using the same tension. Do the same going over all your body and remember to breath and keep your eyes relaxed. Afterwards go over the solutions you found in your head and remember they were good then and you need to find the right solution for right now.
I like this idea.. I’m going to have a go at this one, as I’m looking more into my rolling.. Cheers Steve W
