Take your whip or make one from a few strands of rope and hold it down in your hand. Move with only the wrist and start to whip yourself lightly all over the body. Relax your eyes and look around you as you do this or walk to keep your eyes forward and feel rather than look the whip. In  this way you will learn to clear your body from holds using the whip without giving your total attention and alignment to it.

Exhale or inhale when you feel the whip “caresses” you and you will learn to lessen the pre-tensing from fear.
