Consider a fight in it’s social context such as creating a positive outlook for yourself and knowing how to control your breath and temper to work so the people around you are coming to help or at least not disturbing you. This is not a small feat and as we work to create a net of connections for our families which support us we need to be aware of it and know it comes from a good place in our heart. People are not stupid and your intentions if clean will be rewarded and otherwise.
