Stand or sit in front of your partner and start to draw numbers or letters using one finger. The partner has to read it once you are done and so you verify your communication. Change places and after a while progress to drawing two different things using both hands and reading them in turn. Going through the numbers between 10-40 is a good place to start.
Repeat this drill using the feet and your body by walking and you will gain a lot of awareness and coordination while having fun.

On Saturday I showed a young kid and a young lady how to strike with an open hand. The explanation was simple to relax the arm and shoulder like a noodle and swing it through the partner. If you are held by the hair or ears you place your elbow or hand over the grab to avoid damage and than use the form to again slap the face and neck of the person holding you. I put an emphasis on moving and continuing to move and although it is not enogh to go through the idea once, I showed it from different situations and positions of the spine through movement so I hope it will stay with them.
