Lace your fingers lightly over the back of your neck and make it so the shoulders are relaxed and the hands are not touching the back of the neck. Stand and lift your knee slowly to chest level and down a few times and notice how your posture and alignment change. Now climb a flight of stairs a few times facing up, down and to the sides. Go up and down when you turn with every step so you look at all directions and learn your comfort and discomfort levels of turning and also how to place your feet for support. Now change the hands position to the lower back and again without touching the lower back and repeat the drill. If you don’t have stairs use a hill or a good ladder.
