This is the same idea as raising the speed of your breath before an effort to make yourself ready and less stressed in the form of an action before the tension can come in and effect us in a harmful way.

I represent a Systema group training in New Zealand. We have just been given the go ahead to put up a website <www.systemanz.com>. Systema is very new to NZ and we are trying develop strong foundation practices.
I enjoy your videos very much. I am wondering if I could put a couple of them on our site as good examples of solo training practices.
