Many times we try to make people perform tasks they can do themselves. For example we push people or pick them up and walk/run when they are capable of doing the work themselves if given the right incentive. For example Konstantin shows how to simply turn a person in the direction you wish him to move (we follow our eyes in movement) and unbalance him slightly and he will do the work himself. Another example is removing a person from the seat of a car when he has no will to do so. Place one hand under his further than you chin bone and lift and keep the head aligned using the other hand or your body and watch him climb out himself as he wishes to stay alive. Think how you can find that open door in each other and do the work using the least amount of effort. The more you burn the less you have.
