Six push ups

Six straight back sit ups

Six leg raises overhead

Six squats with back perpendicular to the ground

All done in the pace of sixty breaths down and another sixty up.

Do this and see your awareness grow and your body move from the breath. Naturally, efficient and effective.

Magic is doing the simple things well.
