RELEASING TENSION USING MOVEMENT AND ENGAGEMENT

In this video we do a very simple movement pattern in order to flush unneeded tension from the body and learn to create tension where needed.

Tension is not your enemy  as long as you realize it is simply one more slide rule of existence.
