This is a focus drill as it is easy to do but the idea is to learn to pay attention to many things at once. Start by sitting down, going to prone position and back up. Add swinging a chain or anything that makes sense as you do this without stopping or changing pace. Add to this work with eyes closed. Add to this doing everything on one leg alternating. Add to this balancing something light like a paper cup on the back of the other hand and note at which points you loose attention to any of them and work to spread yourself in this way over all of your body. The more your breathing is relaxed the easier it will be.

Note: it is rather difficult looking good while hitting yourself in the face with a chain so practice alone before showing this to the girlfriend Innocent

 

You can apply the idea to everything in life and get something for it. Remember to make it your own drill.
