To have a better sense of our body and movement close your eyes and use the tips of your fingers to touch your nose, ears, Adams apple and so on without looking for them and with the least amount of movement. Next do the same drill only now you bring the body part to the finger as much as possible as the elbow on the same side cannot in good faith touch the same side fingers. Now do the same drill with one leg in the air to gain a better sense of body position and movement and work to keep breathing and relaxing as much as possible. If you sense your breath stop or harden that is the first step to keep breathing. Now take a pencil or a knife and repeat this drill taking care not to hurt yourself and through this extension of the movement awareness you will gain a lot. You can also do this on the ground and while holding the knife by the blade, reverse and other grips to further clean yourself of one way as the right way.

Another way to work is to close one eye and work with the open eye side hand or leg on the closed eye side in order to develop greater awareness and in order to be able to go past where your eyes can see. Think about it.

Have fun and relax the face. It relaxes the body and the girls will like you more if you relax.
