Take a partner and a pen or a knife and stand at a comfortable distance from each other. Take turns first reaching and touching with the tip different points in each other and than doing the same with your eyes closed. Do this slowly to avoid harm and keep breathing. Think as you work to move the least and to start the movement where it is logical.
Next repeat the drill with your partner placing an arm, a stick or something in the way and you work to again touch the point you are going for without harming yourself and than him. Work from different positions and directions such as sitting, prone, back to back and while your arm is held lightly by your partner. This will increase your awareness and ablility to do the work by a lot and patience can be it’s own reward. Don’t forget your body when you work. Keep it all in mind and once this is done stant working while rolling slowly on the ground and walking around.

Have fun.
