Place your forearm on your partner’s neck and your other arm on his head. Press in two different directions lightly as he works to keep relaxed and breathing and change location and direction from time to time. Change places and repeat and than move on to the arm and do this in a half squat to allow for more comfort in the movement. Now place either the fist or open hand on the neck and do the same drill and from there move to pushing each other down or up using your arms and your partner’s neck. Move with care as to not kill each other. After you have done this standing do the same drill of pushing while sitting on your behind or prone on the ground and roll with the movement as you decide how to survive. Continue to doing the same drill while walking toward each other and remember to also note the distance and location of your legs and your partners. You can work on all the body at once by stepping on one foot and pushing the neck or any variation which suits the situation. A good drill is to help your partner progress in his general direction as you move out of the way and add something to the push. For example you place your arm on his neck from behind and move with him and down. This way you are walking and that is the only “technique”
