This is a drill to wake up the body in a hurry when there is little time: Squat and place your arms on the outside of your knees. Press the knees in and resist with the arms as you breath and bring your body over your ankles and relax. Place your arms on the inside of your knees and press outside as the legs resist and again work to look forward and up and bring your body aligned over your ankles. Repeat for arms pressing the knees down and than up and note you are learning to align when you are tense and as you relax it will be easier and you will be able to work through the tensions of the day.
