Take a practice knife and hold it with the handle touching your body. Have partners or use your mind to imagine partners coming at you and you move by walking and moving the knife as the handle always touches your body to avoid getting caught. Note how you can move your body to be aware and wield the blade to survive. Next move with your elbow not leaving your body (note that just like the handle it can travel while touching your body) and follow by working while the arm is tense in different positions and you navigate by walking and by moving the shoulder. Have fun and remember that as long as you are breathing there is hope.
