Stand or squat and lean forward till you feel the end of movement is there and relax. Place your awareness in your feet as well and work on lifting or releasing the heel or the toes in time to learn to control or at least guide your movement in this uncomfortable situation. Let the breath lead you and align the body so you walk forward. For example you lean forward from the hips and look to the right. Now lift the heel of your left foot and let it align with the direction of your body through the guidance of your eyes. The body will shape itself according to your will and you will roll more comfortably.
