Patience is a great virtue. When you are trying to control a person on drugs wielding a large stick and simply walk into the line of it you will get hurt and you may not return to what you are used to having (teeth, eyes, looks…) Remember the goal rather than the process and find a way where you don’t harm yourself. Teach yourself patience by lieing on the ground and having a partner do slow push ups on your body while you hold your breath. You will wish him to go faster and at first time your inner experience with his movments but later on you will return to yourself and gain freedom out of leaning on nothing at all. You are your own creation, make it a good one. Relax.
